Every Supergirl needs a secret weapon...

I've got all the ingredients for a wonderful 0 point Vegetable soup from WW. This really is a secret weapon! I'm including the recipe here. It's great. Mix and match the veggies. I'm not a cauliflower fan, so I skip it, but you could also add in other veggies you love. This soup is great in the afternoon when you feel munchie, when you're heading out to a party or dinner where you don't want to arrive famished and vanquish the entire menu, or when you just need a little extra something to help you feel full. I like it in exchange for Hot Cocoa on a cold day like this one. Warm is what I want and this is healthy and warm. Yum!! Another bonus, my husband loves it. It's loaded with great flavors and even if you're worried about some of the lesser known ingredients, when they've all simmered together, they take on the same delicious flavor. Here it is:

1 medium stalk(s) celery, diced
2 small zucchini, diced

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, optional

Instructions:
Put garlic, vegetables, thyme and broth into a large soup pot. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to low and simmer, partly covered, about 10 minutes.

Make up a big pot and get ready for healthy goodness. Bon Appetit!
